CHI products are held to the highest industry standards for quality and safety. Counterfeit products may be poorly made, damage your hair, and electrically short.

Authentic CHI products, purchased from an authorized distributor, carry either a 1 or 2 year warranty. CHI products purchased from unauthorized distributors stores and online are not covered under our warranty, even if they include a counterfeit warranty card.

Farouk Systems, Inc. is doing its part to combat this industry wide problem. We work with US Customs, International, State, and Local Authorities to stop the sale of counterfeit CHI products.

Farouk Systems, Inc. does not sell its products on internet auctions. The only way to guarantee a CHI product is authentic is to buy from an authorized distributor.
