Enrollment in Club CHI is simple. Ask your local authorized Farouk Systems distributor for a Membership Agreement Application. Return your completed application to your authorized Farouk Systems distributor. Your Farouk Systems sales consultant, and your local authorized Farouk Systems distributor, will authorize, sign, and submit your application to Club CHI. Once your application is received and processed by Club CHI you will receive a personalized welcome package and your membership number. Each quarter you will receive a statement showing all earned points in Club CHI. Points are based on your Farouk product purchases as submitted to us by your local authorized distributor.
