Farouk Systems will pay freight charges on orders over $1,000.00, providing the account is not delinquent. Orders under $1,000.00 will be invoiced with freight charges added. Do not accept any shipment without checking the box count and assuring an accurate count. If any products have been damaged during shipment or the freight company breaks the shrink-wrap or any cartons are missing, the school must file a claim with the carrier immediately. Note any shortages on the freight bill before signing the receipt. INVOICING AND TERMS Orders will be invoiced on the date Farouk Systems products are shipped from our facility. All new direct account terms are due and payable upon receipt of products until a credit check is made and terms are established. All new direct accounts requesting credit privileges from Farouk Systems must complete and submit a credit application for approval. Credit terms are net due on or before thirty days of invoice date. Payments not received by Farouk Systems within thirty days of invoice date may result in loss of credit privileges, future shipments to be delayed and/or prepayment of future orders. To enable Farouk Systems products to be sold at fair market prices to all school clients, our suggested salon and retail prices apply to all schools.
